1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PresentationCue (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Subscription & Payment
- PresentationCue Plus: Optional paid upgrade sold as a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription) through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store.
- Payment: You pay the Platform Store, not Digi-Space Ltd directly. Apple, Google, or Microsoft is the merchant of record.
- Access period: Plus unlocks unlimited sections and words for a fixed period from purchase (for example a 60-day try-out or a one-year plan, as labelled in the store). These purchases are non-renewing. When access ends, you may purchase again if you wish.
- Restore: Use Restore Purchases in Settings → Plus on the same store account and platform where you bought Plus.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be made to Apple, Google, or Microsoft under their policies. We cannot process store payments or refunds directly.
- Free tier: Without Plus, the App limits you to one section and 750 words.
3. User Obligations
- Use PresentationCue only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for your scripts and for complying with interview or employer rules that apply to you.
- Keep your device and store account secure.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful or harmful activities.
5. Disclaimers
- PresentationCue is a productivity tool for interview and presentation preparation. It is not a substitute for professional career, legal, or employment advice.
- We do not guarantee interview outcomes or uninterrupted service.
- The App is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digi-Space Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of PresentationCue after changes means you accept the new terms.
