Welcome to PresentationCue (the "App"), provided by Digi-Space Ltd ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our") for phones, tablets, and desktop. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We do not collect personal data through the App. PresentationCue is a local editor and teleprompter. Your scripts and files stay on your device. We do not operate user accounts, cloud storage, analytics, or advertising in the App.

This Privacy Policy explains our approach, how optional platform purchases work, and how to contact us.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Definitions

• App: The PresentationCue application for iOS, iPadOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.
• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• User / You: The individual accessing or using the App.
• Platform Store: The Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store.
• Data Controller: Digi-Space Ltd is the Data Controller only if you voluntarily contact us by email (see section 5).

3. Data We Collect

None. We do not collect personal data through PresentationCue. Everything you do in the App stays on your device. We do not receive your scripts, files, microphone audio, speech, or network activity. We do not operate servers that store App usage or content.

4. PresentationCue Plus (Platform Store)

If you buy PresentationCue Plus, you pay the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store, not Digi-Space Ltd. We are not the merchant of record. Apple, Google, or Microsoft handles payment and any payment personal data under their own privacy policies.

We do not receive your payment card number or billing address. The App checks purchase entitlement from the store on your device so Plus features can unlock. That happens locally between the App and the store; we do not maintain a customer database.

5. Contacting Us

If you email us for support, we receive what you choose to send (typically your email address and message). That is the only way personal data may reach us, and only because you sent it voluntarily.

6. How We Use Data

We do not use personal data for marketing, profiling, or analytics. The App runs locally on your device.

7. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR & UK DPA)

Where limited data reaches us (for example a support email you send voluntarily), we process it to respond to you and operate our business, in line with applicable law.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not collect personal data through the App. Because we have nothing from your use of the App, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or disclose.

9. Data Retention

We do not retain your App content. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain basic support records.

10. Data Security

Your App content is on your device under your control. We apply appropriate measures to protect any support correspondence we receive.

11. International Data Transfers

If you contact us by email from outside the United Kingdom, your message may be processed in the UK.

13. Children

PresentationCue is not directed at children. We do not collect personal data from anyone.

14. Third-Party Services

Plus purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those transactions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
